

I remember people always use to say "You are what you eat". I use to think that it was just a popular saying, but then I grew up to realize that it was actually true. Whatever you are putting into your body will affect your physical appearance in weight, skin, hair, and health. If you are putting fatty, greasy, unhealthy foods in your body it will most likely have a toll on your appearance like weight gain, bad skin, and health issues. But if you are putting healthy good foods in your body your body will love it and you will be able to see your body benefiting from the healthy foods you are putting into your body, like clearer skin, a healthier body weight, and less health issues. If you are eating bad foods you will more likely look like your tired, and unhealthy. In-taking healthier foods will allow your body to become more energized, healthy, and beautiful.
